Mini Consultation (Ages 8 and under)

Service Description

A shorter, age-appropriate consultation designed specifically for younger children who are developing important skills in the classroom and navigating early friendships. These sessions use child-centred Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindset training and Imagination Therapy to support children in learning about themselves and understanding the world around them in a safe, engaging way.
