When I sat down to write about my approach, I thought about what you need to hear. Many of us wax lyrical about how we work with an ‘integrative multimodal individually tailored therapy’, which to be honest you probably don’t care about, never mind what it means to you. You really just want to know, “Can I trust her to help me because I’m really freaking out right now!” 


As it happens, I do invest in learning about integrative’ therapy approaches, and I do believe that through a well-informed, well-structured, and sensible therapeutic approach we can actively change people’s lives. Each client deserves a wholly personalised approach that will help them achieve their best self.

My West Chiltington practice is situated two miles from Storrington and one and half miles from Pulborough in a quiet and discreet position with unrestricted parking on the drive. It is easily accessed via the number 1 bus route, with a stop 200m walk.
